Positioning and installing the equipment is very simple:
Place the system in the desired location.
Connect the following cables and devices:
All operations must be carried out without
connection to the mains power supply.
Connection to the mains power supply is only
performed after assembly of electrical parts and
only after having verified that all connections are
correct.
Connect the microphone.
Connect the video outputs to the main monitor
inputs (cable 3RCA + Y/C).
Connect the LAN input to the network.
Connect the ISDN input to the network termination.
When connecting the ISDN access point to the
connector available on the system, it is advisable
to have at hand the corresponding ISDN number
and make suitable annotation.
This information will be necessary during the
terminal configuration in order to enable each
access.
Connect the ISDN input (connector ISDN or
network interface) only to a network termination
(NT1). It is expressly forbidden to connect the
equipment to an external telecommunications
line.
Connect the various accessories (VCR, document
camera...) to the extra inputs available.
Connect the unit power supply and then connect
this to the mains electricity supply.
Switch on the TV monitor.
Wait for the Home Page interface to appear.
