instruct
the
customer

items
listed

Delivery
Inspec on
and
Warranty
Registra on

This
in
‐
cludes
instruc ons
on
the
components
and
safe
opera on
of
the
machine.
Both
the
dealer
and
owner
must
sign
the
form
to
cer fy
that
the
list
was
completed
and
to
verify
the
sale
and
in
‐
service
date
for
the
machine.
This
informa on
is
important
in
the
event
of
a
Warranty
Claim
within
the
applicable
warranty
term,
where
the
in
‐
service
date
and
valid
proof
of
purchase
informa on
will
be
required.
Compliance
to
this
request
will
help
iden fy
and
expedite
the
claim
process.
