1. 

Using a covering iron seal the covering around 

 

the air exit holes as shown below.   

2.  Use a hobby knife to remove the covering 

around the hot air exit holes.  

3.  Remove the covering over the stinger exit. This 

will allow the pipe stingers to exit the fuse.
