INSTALLATION

Installing the recessed CHF box.
Pay attention to the dimensions of the external frame.
The figure shows the final result of a correct assembly.

Remember that the cassaforma is an assembly template only,

so it is not load-bearing; inclusion of an appropriately sized
structure is recommended to support the wall above the cas-
saforma itself.

We recommend that you paint the front panel and closure

boards before the pieces are assembled.

The construction of the niche where the Ventilcassaforma

system is to be mounted must take into consideration the
following:

1 - create the niche according to the size of the CHF template
2 - for the empty spaces (e.g. between the CHF and the

architrave), use building material

3 - use an architrave to reduce the weight of the wall on the

CHF template

4 - use a suitably sized isolating panel to isolate the

Ventilcassaforma system

When assembling the indoor unit, you will have to

temporarily remove the anti-deformation bars and/or the
external frame to facilitate installation operation (as shown
in the figure).

The figure shows the fixing system of the front closure panel.
