Unplug vacuum, remove debris and threads from brush roll. Depress
brush roll reset button, plug in unit, and continue.

Check brush roll for threads and debris. Clean if needed
Brush roll not positioned properly

Make sure both ends of brush roll are free of debris and secured properly
so roll can rotate freely
Brush roll not operating properly
Note: ”Check brush roll” indicator light turns
on when brush roll is not turning. Brush roll
motor will shut off to prevent damage to motor.
