Example: To cook at 450W for 5 min: 

 
1.  Open the door and place the food on the  

turntable (using suitable cookware) then  
close 

the 

door. 

 

      

 
2.  Turn the power control knob until ir reaches  

the 450W setting 

 
3.  Turn the Timer control knob until it reaches  

the 5 minute setting.
