Starting a dishwashing cycle

1.

Check that the spray arms can turn freely.

2.

Turn the water tap on fully.

3.

Press the ON/OFF button.

4.

Use the direction buttons (

 or 

) to select the cycle required.

The name of the selected rinsing cycle will flash. The predicted duration 
of the cycle is displayed to the right of the cycle name.

5.

Press the OK/START button.

6.

Close the door.
The selected rinsing cycle will begin. A light signal in the form of a dot 
appears at floor level.

If the dishwasher is built in at high level with flush-fitting cupboard 
doors, the light signal cannot be seen.
The dot-shaped light signal is not dangerous. (It is not a laser.) It lights 
up while a rinsing cycle is running and goes out when the cycle ends.
In the text display you will see the name of the current stage of the cy-
cle. Beside this you will see the predicted time remaining in minutes.
The OPTION button allows you to briefly view the name of the rinsing 
cycle in the display.

A rinsing cycle can only be started from the cycle menu.

During the rinsing cycle, the remaining time shown on the display is 
adjusted according to the size of the load, degree of soiling, etc.

If the rinsing cycle does not start:

If, after pressing the OK/START button, the cycle does not start and a 
help text appears on the display (REFILL RINSE AID, REFILL SALT): 

•

follow the instructions given by the help text. 

After the problem has been rectified, the cycle will begin automatically.

If the REFILL RINSE AID or REFILL SALT help texts appear, you can still 
start the cycle by pressing the OK/START button again.

You cannot make changes to the options or settings while a rinsing cy-
cle is in progress.

4) During the final rinse, the temperature is increased to 68° for 10 minutes to disinfect.
