Raising yeast dough
For raising yeast dough, use the Conventional

oven setting.
Ovenware
•
To contain the dough, use a bowl that is heat-resistant to 40°C.
Oven level
•
Place the grille on the
2nd. level from the
bottom.
1.
Put the dough in the bowl, cover with transparent film, and place on
the grille.
2.
Select the Conventional
Â
oven function and change the suggested
temperature
to 40°C
.
3.
Leave the dough till it has doubled in volume.
