GENERAL MAINTENANCE

Avoid using solvents when cleaning plastic parts. Most plastics are 
susceptible to damage from various types of commercial solvents 
and may be damaged by their use. Use clean cloths to remove dirt, 
dust, oil, grease, etc.

parts. Chemicals can damage, weaken or destroy plastics which

REPLACING THE AIR FILTER

See Figure 7.

Grasp the tabs on the air filter cover and pull away from the 
housing.

 

Ŷ

Remove the air filter.

 

Ŷ

Install new air filter.

 

Ŷ

Replace the air filter cover by pushing it into the housing until 
it clicks into place.

STORING THE AIR COMPRESSOR

 

Ŷ

Place the Auto On/Off switch in the off position.

 

Ŷ

Remove battery packs.

 

Ŷ

Disconnect air hose and air tool from the product.

 

Ŷ

Drain air tanks according to instructions.

 

Ŷ

Thoroughly clean air compressor and any accessories.

 

Ŷ

Hoses may be stored using the strap on the top of the air 
compressor.

Do not modify this product in any way or use accessories not 
approved by the manufacturer. Your safety and that of others may 
be compromised.
Remove the battery packs before making adjustments or when 
doing any maintenance on the machine.

 

 WARNING

For greater safety and reliability, all repairs should be performed 
by an authorised AEG service centre.

Use only AEG accessories and spare parts. Should components 
need to be replaced which have not been described, please contact 
one of our AEG service agents (see our list of guarantee/service 
addresses).
If needed, an exploded view of the product can be ordered. Please 
state the Article No. as well as the machine type printed on the label 
and order the drawing at your local service agents or directly at:
