What to do if...

Remedying small faults yourself

If during use of the appliance one of the following error codes is shown 
in the multi-display:

E10

 (Problems with the water inflow),

E20

 (Problems with the water outflow),

E40

 (door open),

please consult the following table.
After the error has been remedied, press the START/PAUSE button.
In the event of other errors (

E

 and a number or letter): Switch the ap-

pliance off and then on again. Set the programme again. Press the 
START/PAUSE button. 
If the error appears again, please contact your local Service Force Cen-
tre, stating the error code.

Washing machine is not 
working.

Mains plug not plugged in 
or fuse not working.

Connect the plug to a mains 
socket. Check fuse.

Loading door not closed 
properly.

Close loading door - there 
should be an audible click.

The START/PAUSE button 
has not been pressed for

Press the START/PAUSE for a 
longer period of time.

The door cannot be 
closed.

The child safety device has 
been activated.

Deactivate the child safety 
device.

When a button is 
pressed,

not be combined with the

Select another function.

The END indicator 
flashes 4x, and an

The door is not closed prop-

Close the door properly. Re-
start the programme.

1x.
(Problems with water 
inflow.)

Tap turned off.

Turn on the tap.

The filter in the threaded in-
let hose fitting is blocked.

Turn off the tap. Unscrew the 
hose, take out the filter and 
clean it.

Water tap is furred with 
lime scale or is faulty.

Check the tap and have it re-
paired, if necessary.
