Hints and Tips
If product is not working:
• Recharge the earbuds.
• Ensure the earbuds are switched on.
• Ensure your Bluetooth®-enabled device’s wireless function is active.
• Move earbuds closer to the device.
• Re-pair the earbuds with the device.
• Ensure there are no other wireless devices within discovery mode.
• Try to disconnect and then re-establish the Bluetooth® connection.
• Try to reset your devices.
