8. Firmware Upgrade
To conduct a firmware upgrade, click “Browse” to select the file to be written into
the device. Next, select the output device to be updated and click “Start” to
begin the firmware upgrade.
After upgrading, click on the Device ID and select “Factory Reset”. Then power
cycle the device.
(Note: The firmware file (.bin) and software should be saved to the same folder.)
Device Mode
Transmitter: set the device to function as a transmitter
Receiver: set the device to function as a receiver
Transceiver: set the device to function as a transceiver
9. Infrared
Drag the input device icon to the output device icon to map input/output. Users
can input hex codes and send IR commands to devices via infrared routing.
Select “send to all devices” to send IR commands to all devices simultaneously.
(Note: For more commands, search online for keywords related to infrared hex
codes.)
