SMB-2501 User’s Manual

also features a Video Accelerator and advanced hardware

acceleration logic to deliver high quality DVD playback.

The SMB-2501 motherboard owns 1 AGP 4X slot, 2

PCI slots, 4 ISA slots and 1 CNR slot for function expansion.

It supports maximum 5 add-on cards for PCI slots and ISA

slots. ISA bus support PIO mode only, doesn’t support

DMA mode. CNR slot supports modem only.

Currently, SIS650 supports processor front bus (PSB)

400MHz. The SMB-2501 will support PSB 533MHz by

upgrading to use SIS651 chipset.
