SKY-6100 equips twenty DIP switches to regulate PCI-Express driving for CN1 to
CN5, below sections illustrates the default setting for each switch which is optimized
for qualified GPU cards listed in the peripheral compatibility list.
For each DIP switch, there are six bits to configure the high and low status, if the DIP
switch is set to "ON", then the corresponding bit is set to high (1), on the contrary, the
bit is set to low (0)
