Quick Installation Guide
Memory and Thermal Pad assembly
Note1:
If your system bundles memory, you can skip this
procedure.
Note2:
Each thermal pad is for one-time use only. When
heatsink is removed, paste new thermal pad when you as-
semble the heatsink back.

1. Unpack the heatsink, Allen wrench/key and thermal
pads from the accessory pack.
2. Undo the four screws on heatsink using Allenwrench.
(Figure 5)
3. Remove the original thermal pads (to protect CPU/
South Bridge) and paste new thermal pads onto the
heatsink. (Figure 6)
4. Install the memory on the single board computer and
screw back the heatsink. (Figure 5)

1. Undo the four screws on the bottom cover. (Figure 8)
2. Assemble the 4 screws from both side of the HDD
bracket to fasten HDD/SSD and blue dampers and
damper screws. (Figure 9)
3. Paste the HDD thermal pad onto the bottom cover, and
assemble the HDD with the HDD bracket onto the bot-
tom cover. (Figure 10)
4. Replace the four screws on bottom cover. (Figure 8)
