On your computer desktop locate the hidden icons on your Windows task bar, (the up arrow in 
the bottom right corner of your screen) 
 

 

 

Locate the 

M2C ESL Web System

 icon 

 
 

 

 

Using your mouse, right click the icon and select 

Open in browser 

(http://localhost:88/dashboard/), 

the ELSA-M web browser login page will now appear on 

your screen.
