AVAS-212 User Manual
1.
INTRODUCTION
AVAS-212 is an IP network-based system to distribute and switch video,
audio, and control signals (like USB for mouse and keyboard and
RS232). The system has been designed to deliver video with high
quality (including uncompressed, lossless distribution) and low latency
for optimal hand-eye coordination in critical applications.
AVAS-212 offers the ability to control video sources over the AVAS-212
network. The latency of the system is very low to ensure an optimal user
experience.
AVAS-212 uses standard IP network (10G) infrastructure, which makes it
independent of specific network equipment vendors.
