EPLACEMENT
In order to replace a defective module, the technician should open the top cover of the unit,
gaining access in this manner to different parts inside the unit. This operation should be
performed with the main power supply shut-off and the unit unplugged from the AC main power.
Because this unit contains electrostatic sensitive devices, it is strongly recommended that the
technician working on the unit will wear a grounding wrist-strap.
WARNING:
Do not come in contact with any electrical assembly while AC power is
applied to the unit.
CAUTION:
Always wear a grounding wrist-strap when working with the top cover of the
amplifier removed.
WARNING:
The person performing maintenance of this equipment must have training
and knowledge of the product, safety requirements and safety issues related to the equipment.
Read and practice the safety guidelines at the beginning of this manual (
Section
1
at page 6).
