FCC Radiation Exposure Statement
This device complies with FCC radiation exposure limits set forth for an uncontrolled
environment. End users must follow the specific operating instructions to ensure RF
exposure compliance. This transmitter must not be located or operating in conjunc
-
tion with any other antennae or transmitters. This portable device is designed to meet
the requirements for safe exposure to radio waves established by the Federal Com
-
munications Commission (USA). These requirements set an SAR limit of 1.6 W/kg
averaged over one gram of tissue. Emissions are maintained within the band of oper
-
ation under all conditions of normal operation as specified.
IC Warning Statement
This device complies with Industry Canada’s license-exempt RSS standards. Opera
-
tion of this device is subject to the following two conditions: (1) This device may not
cause interference; and (2) This device must accept any interference, including inter-
ference that may cause undesired operation of the device.
-
ble d'en compromettre le fonctionnement.
This radio transmitter has been approved by Industry Canada to operate with the
antenna types listed below. The maximum permissible gain and required antenna
impedance are indicated. Antenna types not included in this list, or whose gain is
greater than the indicated maximum gain, are strictly prohibited for use with this
device: (i) the device is for operation in the band of 5150 ~ 5250 MHz and is only for
indoor use to reduce the potential for harmful interference with co-channel mobile
satellite systems. (For devices installed in vehicles, point i. is not relevant.) Users
should also be advised that high-power radars are allocated as primary users (i.e.,
priority users) of the bands 5250 ~ 5350 MHz and 5650 ~ 5850 MHz and that these
radars can cause interference and/or damage to LE-LAN devices.
risques d'interférences nuisibles à la co-canal systèmes mobiles par satellite;
IC Radiation Exposure Statement
This EUT is in compliance with SAR for general population/uncontrolled exposure
limits in IC RSS-102. This equipment should be installed and operated at a minimum
distance of 20 cm between the radiator and your body.
This equipment complies with ISED radiation exposure limits set forth for an uncon
-
trolled environment. End users must follow the specific operating instructions for sat-
isfying RF exposure compliance. This transmitter must not be located or operated in
