3.7.10.2 lbp_get_bypass_led(int segment, unsigned char *duty, unsigned char *period)
Gets the ON duty cycle and the total ON/OFF period of LED indication for a BYPASS
action.
Returns 0 on success or the following error codes in the event of an error:

period)
Sets the ON duty cycle and the total ON/OFF period of LED indication for a DISCON-
NECT action.
