Front Left Control Panel
The front left control panel looks like the figure below.
Upper Roll Heat Control:
Two position switch turns heater for upper roll on and off.
The temperature controller allows the operator to set a
desired temperature for the process. The controller will
maintain that temperature during the process.
Lower Roll Heat Control:
Two position switch turns heater for upper roll on and off.
The temperature controller allows the operator to set a
desired temperature for the process. The controller will
maintain that temperature during the process.
Cooling Fans:
Two position switch turns the motorized impellers that
create a cool air flow to the web on and off.
Emergency Stop:
E-Stop switch will stop the laminator and open the rolls.
