The guarantee service is only applied in the country of loudspeakers purchasing.
Those product are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for the period of five years from the date of purchase ( of the
first owner), provided that the product was supplied by an authorised Advance Acoustic dealer.
Advance Acoustic accepts no responsibility for defects arising from :
• Accident,
• Misuse,
• Modification or operation outside of that specified within this instruction manual, or due to repairs done by non-
authorised Advance Acoustic persons.
• Damage or loss occurring during transport
• Any complaints based on a false declaration fron the authorised Advance Acoustic dealer
• Products sold » such as » either « final sale » or the cost due to the installation, the des installation or reinstalla
tion of the product.
• The liability of advance Acoustic is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective parts ( at the discretion of
Advance Acoustic) and under no circumstances extends to consequential losses , dammage or accident.
• Advance Acoustoc can replace one model ( if this is no more manufactured) by another model at the same cost..
Any device or component for replacement, may be new or refurbished.
