rubber

grommet

from

the

housing

and

route

the

wires

through

the

rubber

grommet

(see

Figure 11. Power/Alarm Connector

terminate

the

Power

leads

and,

and

if

needed,

the

alarm

status

leads,

cut

wire

to

length

and

strip

the

insulation

back

inch

6. Loosen

each

retaining

screw

on

the

Power/Alarm

Connector

and

insert

the

wires

into

their

appropriate

terminals

(refer

to

7. Tighten

the

retaining

screws.

8. Reinstall

the

Power/Alarm

Connector

in

the

Electronics

Module.

9. Route

the

cable

as

shown

above.

If

necessary,

tie

wrap

them

to

the

appropriate

anchor

points.

10. Reinstall

the

rubber

grommet.

TELEPHONE TROUBLESHOOTING:
1. Identify the bad line (POTS 1-8).
2. Plug any working phone into
the appropriate jack.
If the telephone works, the unit
