2.1 Workpieces
The system is capable of dicing round and rectangular workpieces
according to the following maximum measurements:

2.3 Broken Blade Detector (Optional)
The BBD is available for use with hub blades. The BBD uses a light
transmitter and receiver mounted on the cooling block to detect any
breakage along the blade perimeter that exceeds 1 mm in length and/or
0.5 mm in depth. The BBD can to detect blade damage with spindle speeds
of up to 60,000 rpm.
