A. Check if the connection of USB cables between computer and

smartbox are reliable

B. Check if the installation of USB driver is correct

C. Check if the power light of smartbox is lightened

Prompt the communication failed with the automobile under

cable testing

A. Check if the power light of smartbox is lightened
B. Check if smartbox works normally. There is only the power indicating
lamp (Power lamp) lighting when smartbox works normally, other
lamps doesn’t work.

C. Check whether the connection between smartbox and the automotive
diagnostic connector is reliable
D. Whether the ignition key is turned to the “ON” position
