Operation
CAUTION!
Do not direct powerful laser radiation on a
sensitive area of the sensor.
CAUTION!
Use the filters, attenuators or beam splitters for
decrease of laser radiation.
1. Install the camera driver and software from CD.
2. Connect the camera to PC.
3. Start the software on PC.
4. Open EVScap program.
5. Observing the image on monitor, focus the objective lens
of the camera.
If necessary, switch on or switch off system of automatic
control, arrange parameters of the camera (brightness,
contrast, saturation, factor of scale - correction) in
properties of software (see file "help"), and also if it is
required change a format of the image (1280
х
1024 or
640
х
480) and frequency of the staff (7 Hz, 15Hz, 30Hz
and 60Hz). For the receiving of a straight-line
characteristic for photometric measurements, for that you
need in factor of scale-correction to switch ON Scale=
1.
6. Use the camera at the lowered external illumination when
there are not the external light hindrances decreasing the
relation a contrast / background and when the mode of
the increased sensitivity of the camera automatically is
switched on.
Use the cut-off or interference filters for
observation of infrared radiation.
