MAINTENANCE 

DRAIN AND REFILL GEAR OIL-Shaft Box 

Replace gear oil each 6000KM 

Place the vehicle on a level surface.   

Select NEUTRAL position then apply parking 

brake. 

Shaft Box I 

Remove gear oil drain plug to drain gear oil. 

Tighten drain plug and place a funnel into the 

fill hole to refill gear oil. 

Shaft Box II 

Remove gear oil drain plug to drain gear oil. 

Tighten drain plug and place a funnel into the 

fill hole to refill gear oil. 

Do not overfill. Properly tighten level plug.

Replace gear oil at first 500Km maintenance.   
Replace each 6000Km. Check oil level each 3000Km. 
Use grade SAE 80W-90 transmission oil in gear box. 
Total oil capacity
