Utiliser la fonction chronomètre

1. Maintenez la touche 

S/S

 enfoncée jusqu’à ce 

que « 00:00 » s’affiche à l’écran. 

2. Appuyez sur 

S/S

 pour démarrer, interrompre 

et relancer le chronométrage.  

Pour ramener l’affichage à « 00:00 », 

appuyez simultanément sur les 

touches 

M

 et 

S/S

 et maintenez-les 

enfoncées quelque temps. 

3. Pour afficher à nouveau l’heure, appuyez 

sur la touche 

S/S

 et maintenez-la enfoncée 

quelque temps. 

Utilisez la fonction réveil

Régler l’heure de réveil

1. Appuyez brièvement sur la touche 

M

 pour 

accéder au mode de réglage de l’heure de 

réveil (réglage par défaut « 6:30 »).
