Installation and use of scale
Your ADE scale is a quality product. In order to achieve best possible results please read and follow
strictly the instructions of this Operating Manual:

Assembling:
Unpack the carton contents and follow the assembling advices as follows:

Turn platform and place on the ground up side down.

Assemble the four adjustable feet into each hole in the corners of the rear platform.

Turn platform round.
-
Screw two of the stainless steel columns onto each screw in both edges of the platform.

Insert the cable with the male plug attached to the upper part of the handrail into the third
stainless steel column and gently pull it out. Connect the male plug to the female connector
which you find inserted in the hole close to the back side edge of the platform.

Now connect the third column by screwing it over the connector and make sure it is securely
tightened

Insert the three bars of the upper handrail with indicator into the three columns and press
them down until there is no gap to be seen.

Assembling is completed.
Attention
: Due to packing and transport you may find the upholstery of the railing slightly distorted.
This will however disappear shortly after set up.
Before weighing
Power supply of the scale: By mains adapter (12V 300 mA) and rechargeable batteries

The display is already equipped with rechargeable batteries.

To charge the power-pack for the first time please use the mains adapter.

Complete first charging needs 24 hrs.

Place the scale in its working area.

Make sure to place the scale on an level surface.

The scale is now ready for use.
