Cleaning
Do not immerse in water or
other liquids. Do not use rough,
scratching or abrasive cleaning
agents.
Clean the scales immediately after use,
especially after the contact of the scales with
fat, seasonings, vinegar and other heavily
spiced and/or coloured food items.

Wipe the scales by a soft, slightly
moistened cloth.

The spoon attachments can be removed
for easier cleaning and cleaned in
washing-up liquid.
−
Avoid contact with citric acid.
