Please check the follow-
ing:
Bluetooth is ON.
The app is ON (run-
ning/opened).
The distance between
the devices is within the
maximum Bluetooth
transfer range (10 m).
Clearly incorrect meas-
urement results:

last measurements.
The Bluetooth symbol on
the AM1400 is not to-
wards the body
Attach the device cor-
rectly to your arm and
avoid shaking the activity

Fewer than 10 steps
Move more than 10

Sliding over the floor or
wearing slippers

when the device switch-
