If you double- 

click ‘Terminal Name’ you can see the window of ‘Terminal Properties’ opens up as it is shown 

below:

From ‘General’ tab, the basic setup can be made for naming the terminal and automatic registration.

After the setup is made in the screen below, you may double-

click ‘Phone Number’ for assigning the numbers.
