2.4.2.5 Replacing an LED

Assembly

To replace the LED Assembly, perform the following procedure:

1. Separate the Base (1) the Top Cover (2).
2. Remove the LED Assembly (3) by removing screws (5).

3. Position the new LED Assembly, replace screws and tighten. Torque the fixing screws to

4 inch-pounds (3.5

0.5 N•m).

4. Connect the LED assembly wires to the power supply for that light.
5. Close the unit.
