To get out of your vehicle
 Transfer onto the
ASENTO
and use the security arm for balance. Press and hold the DOWN button until the
ASENTO
has reached the desired height that will offer you the best position to transfer and release the DOWN button.
 Stow the hand held pendant.
 Stow the security arm before attempting to transfer off the
ASENTO
.
 Transfer off the
ASENTO
and fold the transfer board back up in place and then close the vehicle’s door.
WARNINGS

WHEN CLOSING THE DOOR, BE SURE THAT THE TRANSFER BOARD IS FOLDED UP IN POSITION.

THE TRANSFER BOARD MUST BE AT ITS LOWEST POINT POSSIBLE AND FOLDED UP BEFORE CLOSING THE DOOR.

NEVER TRY TO OPERATE THE
ASENTO
WHILE THE VEHICLE DOOR IS CLOSED OR IF THE VEHICLE IS IN MOTION.

