Remove the two (2) doorstep moldings. Unbolt the seat belt reel from the doorstep.
NOTE: You do not need to remove the plastic cover that covers the seat belt reel.
Disconnect the wire from the seat belt reel. Unbolt the two (2) back bolts of the seat.
2-
Disconnect and then lengthen the seat belt reel wire. (LIGHT GREEN / DARK GREEN
and LIGHT GREEN / YELLOW) CAUTION: Disconnect the battery before cutting the
wires. Cut one wire at the time. Use the two (2) 18 gage wires provided in the
installation kit. Use but connectors and heat shrink to complete the extension.

Install the floor adaptor #

over
the back of the seat brackets. Use
original floor bolts to position and secure the adaptor in place. Also, bolt the adaptor
in the seat belt reel’s holes using the seat belt reel bolts.
