Thread the lead power cable (red +) under the doorstep moulding and through the firewall.
WARNING : Pass through a grommet in the firewall to prevent the cable from chaffing. Attach the
ground wire (black -
) to the vehicle’s frame using a self
-tapping screw. Select one of the two
resetting breakers
to match the client’s weight
:
-The 8 amp breaker is for use when the combined weight of the client and chair is below
200
lbs .
-The 10 amp breaker is for use when the combined weight of the client and chair is above
200
lbs .
-
The
15 amp breaker
is for use when the combined weight of the client and chair is
above 250 lbs.
4. Connect the power cable (red+) and the ground cable (black -) to the POWER-PULL power supply
cables coming out of the POWER-PULL box.
5. Install the plastic hook, part # PP710 . Secure the hook to the left hand side of the ramp, just above
the hinge. NOTE: FOR INSTALLATION ON AN IN-FLOOR RAMP, YOU WILL HAVE TO NOTCH OUT THE
EDGE OF THE SILL PLATE.
