IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read Instructions – Read all Safety Instructions before operating
equipment.

Heed Warning – All warnings on the equipment and in the operating
instructions should be adhered to.
Follow Instructions – All operating and use instructions should be
followed.
Cleaning –Use a damp cloth only for cleaning. Do
not
use liquid or
aerosol cleaners.
Attachments – Do
not
use attachments not recommended by the
manufacturer as they may cause hazards.
Water and Moisture – Do
not
use this product near water – for
example near a bathtub, wash bowl, kitchen sink or a room where
moisture is likely to occur.
Ventilation – Install unit in well ventilated area where the heat may
escape. Bookcases, cabinets or equipment racks should have proper
venting to allow heat to escape.
Power outlet – A properly grounded wall outlet must be used.
Power Cord Protection – Route your power cords out of the way of
traffic so as not to be walked on. Do not place items on top of or
against the cord.
Outdoor Antenna Grounding – The antenna and coaxial cable
connecting to the unit must be properly grounded to provide some
protection against voltage surges and built-up static charges. Article
810 of the National Electrical Code, ANSI/NFPA 70, provides
information with regard to proper grounding of the mast and
supporting structure, grounding of the lead-in wire to an antenna
discharge unit, size of grounding conductors, location of antenna-
discharge unit, connection to grounding electrodes, and requirements
for the grounding electrode.
Power Lines – An outside antenna system should
not
be located in the
vicinity of overhead power lines or electric light or power circuits, or
where they can fall into such power lines or circuits. When installing
an outside antenna system, extreme care should be taken to keep from
touching such power lines or circuits as contact with them might be
fatal.

12 Month Limited Warranty
Audio Design Associates, Inc. (the Company), warrants to the original
purchaser of this product that should this product or any part thereof, under
normal use and conditions, be proven defective in material or
workmanship within 12 months of the original date of purchase, such
defect(s) will be repaired or replaced with new or reconditioned product (at
the Company’s option) without charge for parts and labor.
To obtain repair or replacement within the terms of this
Warranty, the product is to be delivered with proof of warranty coverage
(i.e. dated sales receipt), specification of the defect(s), and transportation
prepaid to the Company at the address shown below.
This Warranty does not extend to the elimination of externally generated
static or noise, to correction of antenna problems, to costs incurred for
installation, removal or reinstallation of the product, or damage to other
components.
This Warranty does not apply to any product or part thereof which, in the
opinion of the Company, has suffered or been damaged through alteration,
improper installation, mishandling, misuse, neglect, accident, or by
removal of any factory applied markings. THE EXTENT OF THE
COMPANY’S LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED
TO THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT PROVIDED ABOVE, AND, IN
NO EVENT, SHALL THE COMPANY’S LIABILITY EXCEED THE
PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY PURCHASER FOR THE PRODUCT.
