The HeatMaster® boiler controls the gas/air mix as a function of the airflow. Following table defines the recommended

Before starting with Propane:
Before starting with propane a burner adjusted for natural gas, rotate the gas
adjustment screw ¾ turn (270°) clockwise (see picture).
CO2 adjustment at max.input
•
Switch the boiler in service mode H (Press simultaneously the <mode>
and <+> buttons during 3 seconds)
•
Wait during a few minutes to stabilize the boiler.
•
Adjust the CO
2
level according to the table above.
•
With the adjusting screw: Rotate Clockwise to REDUCE CO
2
(a 90°
rotation generates an approx 2,5 % variation of CO
2
), or CCW to
INCREASE CO
2
.
•
To return to normal mode, press simultaneously the buttons <+> and <->
during 3 seconds.

Switch the boiler in service mode L (Press simultaneously the <mode>
and<-> buttons during 3 seconds)
•
Wait during a few minutes to stabilize the boiler.
•
Check the CO
2
level according to the table above.

Blower speeds adjustment:
The HeatMaster boilers are factory set for natural gas. Use the following procedure to adjust the blower speed for
propane or butane.
•
Key in the installer's code: 05
•
Press once the <mode> button, then repeatedly the <step> button to reach parameter 13 (max. speed, heating)
•
Set parameter 13 at 4700 for propane or butane
•
Press the <step> button to reach parameter 15 (max speed DHW)
•
Set parameter 15 at 5350 for propane or butane
•
Press the <step> button to reach parameter 19 (power up speed)
•
Set parameter 19 at 3200 for both propane and butane
•
Press <store> to save the new values.
Check for gas leaks before rejacketting the boiler.
