Best/ High/ Standard/ Medium/ Low   

The higher the quality is, the bigger the file size is. Also not 

good for internet transmitting

Video Frame Rate :   

Picture display frame per second. 

1600 x 1200, Max. 15FPS 

1280 x 720 or below this resolution, Max 30 frames/second
