Once you have made the transfer, place your feet onto the foot rest platform.

 

 

•

 

The Trackchair/Trackstander is equipped with a foot strap that can be used to keep your feet 
firmly located on the foot rest. Open the Velcro strap closure and remove the strap from the D 
ring, place this strap in front of your ankles, insert the strap through the D ring and secure the 
Velcro strap to the mating Velcro material. When properly completed there will be a strap in 
front of and behind your ankles to control forward and rearward movement of your feet.
