Step 6:

Fold up the padding. Thread the bungee cords through the eyelet loops and

evenly over the frame.

Step 7:

Make sure the bungee cord is threaded through every eyelet loop and over the

whole way around the frame. Connect the ends by hooking the carabiner clip to the

other end that with a hole on it as shown in Fig 7.

Check again the bungee cord again to make sure it goes around evenly around the

frame in both spacing and tensions.
