Troubleshooting
If you are experiencing problems with your Bluetooth speaker, there are some quick and
easy checks that you can do, which may help to solve the problem.
No sound / power
• Check that the product is fully charged , if not please charge the product, see page 6.
• Check that you have switched the product on (check that the volume control is in the ‘on’
position, see page 6).
• Increase the volume on the Bluetooth speaker and the connected device.
• Check that the connected device is in playback mode.
• Check that you are in the correct mode for the music that you wish to listen to. Make
sure that you haven’t left an AUX in cable connected to the Bluetooth speaker AUX in
socket.
• Check that the music is not ‘paused’. If you are playing music from a connected Mobile
phone, your Bluetooth speaker will pause automatically during phone calls.
•
Sound distortion:
• The volume level is too high. Please reduce the volume level.
• The volume level of the connected device is too high. Please reduce the volume of the
connected device.
Unable to pair with a Bluetooth device:
• Ensure that you are within range of the Bluetooth speaker for Bluetooth functionality,10
metres or less (33 feet or less).
• Move the Bluetooth speaker and Bluetooth device away from other Bluetooth devices/
electrical equipment.
• If possible, turn off other nearby Bluetooth devices or disable their Bluetooth functionality.
• Restart the pairing process by turning the product off and then back on again.

Aux in function failure
• You must first connect a 3.5mm audio input cable to the AUX in socket on the back of the
Bluetooth speaker, AUX in is then selected automatically.
