Hearing aid whistles or squeals
Check that the earpiece is inserted correctly.
If this is the case and the hearing aid s ll
whistles or squeals, please consult your
hearing care professional.
No volume, level too so or humming noise
Check if the volume level is too so and
adjust by increasing the volume level with
the control on your hearing aid. If you have
no volume at all, check whether the hearing
aid is in mute posi on. If the problem s ll
occurs, check that the ba ery door is closed
completely. Also check if the ba ery is
inserted correctly. If the problem s ll
remains, change the ba ery. If the problem
s ll persists, contact your hearing care
professional.
