Switching on / off of announcements and intercom

A system telephone accepts announcements / intercom in any case. Before the
global announcement is made, there is the possibility for individual locking.

In menu “EURACOM system mode”:

Programming of manager office mode

The manager / office mode requires two EURACOM

P4

in system mode. Configura-

tion is mainly performed by the office telephone. The manager telephone has to
select only his Dedicated key.

concerning the office telephone:

Switch on manager / office mode

With selection as office telephone decision for desired partner

Enter phone number of manager

•

Selection of Dedicated key for manager function

concerning the manager telephone:

•

Selection of Dedicated key for office function

With selection of a Dedicated key as manager / office key, this is reserved in both
levels for the manager / office application. Stored dedicated numbers, which might
have been prepared remain, but will not be observed. After switching off this mode,
these dedicated numbers are available again immediately.
It is also possible to assign telephones to manager / office pairs via the configuration
program of the EURACOM PABX. In this case it is sufficient, to switch on the mana-
ger / office mode. The EURACOM

P4

then works in its already configured operation
