Saw will not start turning
Be certain that the power supply is hook
up. Accumulation of heavy slurry can
prevent saw from turning.
Sparks coming from the side of the blade
while turning
Not Enough water to cook the blade
Blade turning too slow
Check power supply. Worn out hydraulic
motor
Blade loose
Check locking screw on flange. Blade not
set properly. Loose blade Nut
On/Off handle sticking
Broken plunger O-ring, bent plunger rod
Hydraulic oil leak
Hole in supply or return line. Damaged
coupler fitting or loose fitting
