SSSSS : 5 unique hexadecimal codes, by manufacturer/factory/product base, start
form 00001 and reset every week.

Hexadecimal numeral system uses 16 digits, they are 0~9 , A , B , C , D , E
and F .

Maintain one and only one counter to generate sequence numbers at a
manufacture site in different factory (Factory1/Factory2) and different
product (NB,/Tablet/SHH) that with a unique MM code.

First digit of SSSSS cannot be F , so the maximum value of SSSSS is Hex
( EFFFF ) = 983039 .
