Chapter 3

Removing the Memory Modules

IMPORTANT:

Before removing any DIMM, make sure to create a backup file of all important data.

See “Removing the Side Panel” on page 29.

See “Removing the Front Bezel” on page 30.

See “Remove the HDD-ODD bracket” on page 36.

Press the holding clips on both sides of the DIMM slot outward to release the DIMM.

Gently pull the DIMM upward to remove it from its slot.

(4).

Do the same to remove the other modules.

NOTE: The DIMM has been highlighted with a yellow rectangle as above image shows.
Please detach the DIMM and follow local regulations for disposal.
