Process Power-saving status ( according to below flow-chart result)
Check GMZAN2 IFM status .is change or not.
And check Signal cable status ( cable not connected or not )
** IFM is the register which measured the HSYN & Vsyn status
Is current system status in Power-saving ?
Yes, IFM have change Wake-up GMZAN2
(because GMZAN2 was in
partial sleeping state)
