Optimal Charging/remnant Time (CCA)
button
- Use this button to select the
battery CCA value in order to proceed with
optimized charging. The remnant time will
be displayed.
When the CCA button is pressed once, the
indicator will display “CCA” and then switch
to “50” in approximately 1 second.
When the CCA button is pressed again
within 5 seconds, the indicator will display
“100”. If the Battery Charger does not
receive any further input from the CCA
button within 5 seconds, it will automatically
proceed to REMNANT TIME charging mode
with the OPTIMIZED charging current
selected by the microprocessor based on
the input value of 100 CCA.
Note:
• The CCA settings that can be input by the
user range from 50 to 999 at intervals of
50 (e.g.: 50, 100, 150, 500, 900, 950, up to
999).
• If the battey rating is larger than 999 CCA,
the Remnant Time displayed may not be as
accurates smaller rating batteries.
When the Battery Charger is in REMNANT
TIME charging mode, the display will show
“Battery Capacity %” (e.g. 10, 20, ..., 90,
FUL). User can press the CCA button in
order to display the remaining charging time
on the indicator.
• Remaining charging time is displayed in

and then return to displaying the battery
voltage.
• During the OPTIMAL CHARGING process,
press the “CCA” button will toggle the
display to show between “Battery Capacity
%” and Remaining charging time.
• During the REMNANT TIME charging
process, the CCA value can only be reset
by restarting the Battery Charger . In order
to reset the Battery Charger, press the
“ON/OFF” button.
• During the REMNANT TIME charging
process, pressing the Select button, the
