provides warranty for material and manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year from date
of purchase. During said period, Thermco Products, Inc. offers to provide physical examination
of goods, provide repair of goods and/or components, or replace defective goods. This process
would be subject to Thermco Products, Inc. issuing a Return Goods Authorization (RGA), which
may or may not be at customer expense. Warranty shall not be considered for components such
as batteries, incompetent installation, faulty maintenance by customer, normal wear and tear or
deterioration of components due to improper use or non-compliance with proper use of goods.
